Snowboard

Snowboarding is one of our most popular activities at the Ski Club of Ireland. Snowboarding classes are available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 8.30pm and on Sundays at 6.30pm.

We have a team of qualified and experienced snowboard instructors who give classes to beginners and advanced beginners. Each class is 1hr 30mins in duration. More advanced classes are held occasionally. The exact structure of these classes will depend on the ability of the pupils and the classes will be geared towards their specific needs.

Please note that due to the physical nature of snowboarding the minimum age for snowboarding classes is 13 years old.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A MEMBER to use our facilities but if you intend to ski/snowboard regularly there are considerable benefits as detailed on our Membership page.

ALL EQUIPMENT - FREE OF CHARGE! Snowboards & boots are provided at no extra cost for classes and practice sessions.
